Central Telegraph says wants to sell office next to Kremlin
MOSCOW, Aug 23 (PRIME) -- Central Telegraph, a subsidiary of Russian state-controlled telecom operator Rostelecom, has offered its office building near the Kremlin for sale with a starting price of 2 billion rubles, value-added tax included, Rostelecom said on Thursday in a statement.
The building, erected in 1978 between Nikitsky Lane and Gazetny Lane, occupies 12,000 square meters.
It will be sold at a public auction to be organized on trading floor of Sberbank-AST with participation of major consultants, like Colliers, JLL, Knight Frank, Cushman&Wakefield, CBRE, and Kalinka Group.
Bids for the auction are accepted until November 12.
Central Telegraph’s main building in Tverskaya Street is not for sale yet.
Rostelecom’s real estate portfolio currently includes some 20,770 facilities with a total area of more than 8.3 million square meters.
