MOSCOW, Aug 23 (PRIME) -- Central Telegraph, a subsidiary of Russian state-controlled telecom operator Rostelecom, has offered its office building near the Kremlin for sale with a starting price of 2 billion rubles, value-added tax included, Rostelecom said on Thursday in a statement.

The building, erected in 1978 between Nikitsky Lane and Gazetny Lane, occupies 12,000 square meters.

It will be sold at a public auction to be organized on trading floor of Sberbank-AST with participation of major consultants, like Colliers, JLL, Knight Frank, Cushman&Wakefield, CBRE, and Kalinka Group.

Bids for the auction are accepted until November 12.
